The spray foam crew came, conquered, and left the house spotless! From attic to garage, every wall is now sealed tight — making our dream home more efficient, quiet, and ready for the next phase: drywall and paint.

Aaron with Richardson Ready Electric went above and beyond this week — walking through every plug, light, and switch before wiring began. From Christmas light timers to porch heaters, no detail was missed. The walls are buzzing (literally) with progress!

A huge thank-you to Caine Robbins and the crew at New Image Roofing! They went above and beyond — from clear communication and color guidance to leaving the job site spotless. The new roof looks incredible, and a drone video is coming soon!

This week’s milestone: AirView AC installed our indoor unit and ductwork! The house is one step closer to being cool and comfortable.

It was a full house this Saturday— Riddell Plumbing finished the top-out while Fermin and his framing crew installed siding, windows, and wrapped the house. It’s amazing to see everything coming together at Building Morrow!

Framing has officially begun at Building Morrow! Thanks to APC Concrete’s perfectly square foundation and Riddell Plumbing’s precise work, Fermin, his son Michael, and their crew are bringing our dream home to life—one wall at a time.

McCoy’s Building Supply helped us stay on track by putting together our lumber package, offering a great price, and delivering right on schedule. With Shae’s extra effort to plan storage and delivery down our narrow road, we’re ready for framing to begin next week—thank you, McCoy’s!

Ridell Plumbing roughed in drains and water lines before the slab pour — fast, friendly, and on time. Extra special since Michael started here 30 years ago.

APC Concrete, led by owner Alfonso, drilled 20-ft piers and poured our slab with hard work, timeliness, and friendly service — we couldn’t be happier.
